摘　　要：着眼拔尖人才培养,首先梳理了重大工程与拔尖人才培养体系的关系,总结了国内外典型重大工程带动人才培养的主要做法。其次,分析了当前拔尖人才培养面临的挑战。最后,以空天拔尖人才培养为例,系统阐述了依托重大工程开展拔尖人才培养的经验做法,并提出了未来依托重大工程培养拔尖人才的几点思考。依托重大工程培养拔尖人才的经验总结和建议,对相关单位开展拔尖人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper focuses on the training of top talents.First of all,it sorts out the relationship between grand projects and the training system of top talents,and summarizes the main practices of typical grand projects at home and abroad to promote the training of top talents.Secondly,it analyzes the challenges faced by current top talent training.Finally,taking the training of top talents majoring in aerospace as an example,this paper systematically expounds on the experience and practice of training top talents based on grand projects.In addition,it summarizes and proposes several suggestions on training top talents based on grand projects in the future.The experience and suggestions offered in the paper also provide reference for other institutions or organizations to carry out top talent training.
