摘 要:军队院校教学创新团队具有姓军为战的军事职业性、教学创新的鲜明指向性、高效运作的多维耦合性以及典型示范的带动引领性等基本特点。在建设时,应紧紧围绕培养勇担人才培养重任的使命担当能力、勇追培养质效的过硬教学科研能力、勇攀能力素质高峰的主动学习能力、勇啃教学重难点问题的合作攻关能力,以及勇开教学改革先河的开拓创新能力,在团队目标、组织架构、规章制度、资源保障以及人文环境等方面下功夫,通过不断提升团队工作效率,切实提高军队院校教学质量和人才培养质量。The teaching innovation team in military academies is characterized by the military professionalism of deep faith in serving the military,the distinctive orientation of teaching innovation,the multi-dimensional coupling of efficient operation and the role of a typical leading example.During its construction,it should closely focus on cultivating the mission bearing ability to shoulder the task of talent training,excellent teaching and research ability as to enhance the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation,the active learning ability so as to climb the peak of ability,the ability to tackle key problems collaboratively and the innovation ability in teaching reform.Efforts should be made on team goals,organizational structure,rules and regulations,resource security and humanistic environment in order to effectively enhance the teaching quality and talent training quality in military academies by constantly improving team work efficiency.
