摘 要:针对当前可再制造性在机械产品设计过程中难以表征的问题,从机械产品的不同生命周期阶段对可再制造性进行了分析,提取了新产品设计中影响可再制造性的重要因素,在此基础上以时间为价值驱动量化了新产品中的可再制造性。同时以性能为约束,以制造成本和可再制造性为目标建立考虑可再制造性的机械产品设计优化模型。此外,对约束采用了一种径向多模态的重要性采样方法以提升算法的搜索效率,使用多目标粒子群优化(Multiple Objective Particle Swarm Optimization,MOPSO)算法生成了最优方案。最后,以离心式压缩机的转子系统为例,证明了该模型与方法在设计中的有效性和指导作用。Aiming at the problem that remanufacturability is difficult to characterize in the design process of mechanical products,the remanufacturability was analyzed from different life cycle stages of mechanical products,and the important factors affecting remanufacturability in new product design were extracted,and on this basis,the remanufacurtability in new products was quantified by time as the value driven.At the same time,a mechanical product design optimization model considering remanufacturability was established with performance as the constraint and manufacturing cost and remanufacturability as the goal.In addition,a radial multi-modal importance sampling method was used to improve the search efficiency of the algorithm,and the MOPSO algorithm was used to generate an optimal scheme.Finally,taking the rotor system of centrifugal compressor as an example,the effectiveness and guiding role of the model and method in the design were proved.
