摘 要:目的:探讨慕课结合思维导图对提高护生在中医护理学课堂教学学习积极性的效果。方法:选取上海中医药大学护理本科2019级80名学生,随机分为试验组及对照组,两组各40名,对照组采用传统讲授教学法传授中医护理学基础知识,试验组通过慕课结合思维导图的形式进行授课,课程结束后,评价并考核两组本科护生中医护理学理论知识、实践技能掌握情况及护生学习积极性。结果:试验组本科护生中医护理学理论知识、实践技能掌握及学习积极主动性均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慕课结合思维导图运用于中医护理学课堂教学,有利于提高护生中医护理学理论知识及实践技能,可显著提高本科护生的学习积极性。Objective:To explore the effect of using MOOCs combined with mind mapping on enhancing the learning enthusiasm of nursing students in the classroom of Traditional Chinese Nursing.Methods:Eighty nursing students from the 2019 undergraduate class at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 students in each group.The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching on fundamental knowledge of Traditional Chinese Nursing.In contrast,the experimental group was taught using MOoCs in combination with mind maps.After completing the course,both groups were evaluated and assessed for their theoretical knowledge,practical sklls,and learning enthusiasm in Traditional Chinese Nursing.Results:The experimental group of nursing students excelled in theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and showed more proactive learning enthusiasm compared to the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of MOOCs combined with mind mapping in the classroom of Traditional Chinese Nursing is beneficial for improving nursing students'theoretical knowledge and practical skills in Traditional Chinese Nursing.It can significantly enhance the learning enthusiasm of undergraduate nursing students.
