摘　　要：军用软件能力成熟度模型可以指导组织实施精细化过程管理,基于GJB 5000B标准的相关要求,详细地阐述了风险或机遇管理的方法,管理策略的制定、量化参数的选取和制定等内容,以达到缓解不利影响,同时充分利用积极因素,提高实现目标的可能性。风险与机遇常常是并存的,只有控制好风险,抓住机遇,适时将风险转化成机遇,不断提高风险或机遇管理有效性,才能达到持续改进组织过程管理能力的目的。Military software capability maturity model can guide organizations to implement refined process management.Based on the relevant requirements of GJB 5000B standard,the methods of risk or opportunity management,the formulation of management strategies,the selection and formulation of quantitative parameters are elaborated in detail.So as to alleviate the adverse effects,and improve the possibility of achieving goals by making full use of positive factors.Risks and oppotunities often coexist.Only by controlling the risks,weel seizing oppotunities,timely transforming risks into oppotunities,and continuously improving the effectiveness of risk or opportunity management;can we achieve the purpose of continuous improvement of organizational process management ability.
