摘　　要：热处理车间的平面设计是极其重要的,涉及到产品的生产工艺、优质率、安全、能耗、环保、物流和生产成本等。大批量生产的中小型零件,如轴承件、汽车零件、紧固件等的渗碳、碳氮共渗或淬火的质量要求很高,热处理车间平面布置的合理性将直接影响产品的质量和企业的信誉。在热处理车间的平面布置方面,德国Schaeffler轴承公司考虑得很周到,几十年来在不断完善和提高。我国的热处理车间平面设计的报导较少,为此,提出了提高我国热处理车间的平面设计质量的合理化建议。Plane design of heat treatment workshop is of the utmost importance,deals with production process and prime-quality rate of product,safety,energy consumption,environmental protection,interflow of goods,production cost,etc.Mass produced small and medium-sized parts to be carburized,carbonitrided or hardened,such as bearings,automotive parts,fasteners and so on,are required to provide with very good quality,the reasonableness of plane layout of heat treating workshop will have a direct influence on the quality of product and the prestige of enterprise.With relation to plane layout of heat treating workshop,German Schaefflerbearing company is very considerate,is in continuous improvement and enhancement in decades.There are a few reports on the plane design of heat treating workshop in our country.For this reason,the rationalization proposals for improving the quality of plane design of heat treating workshops in our country are put forward.
