板式家具板件封边分段定量涂胶技术探讨

摘　　要：针对板式家具板件封边质量问题,提出了一种封边分段定量涂胶技术,并对比研究了7种分段涂胶方案的封边效果。结果显示,在相同的封边胶、封边条和浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板等封边条件下,通过改良封边设备的涂胶系统,可实现分段涂胶,且与传统封边技术相比,分段涂胶技术可显著改善封边板件的边部膨胀问题,并节约封边成本。Addressing the issue of edge sealing quality in wood-based panel furniture,this study proposed a segmented and quantified edge gluing technique.The esge sealing effects of seven different segmented gluing conditions were compared and researched.The results demonstrated that,under the same edge adhesive,edge banding and wood-based panel,the improved gluing system of the modified edge equipment enable segmented gluing.Compared to the traditional edge techniques,the segmented gluing significantly enhanced the control of edge board expansion and achieved cost savings.
