摘　　要：植物环肽是由肽键或二硫键环化而成的一类环状化合物,在稳定性、特定蛋白因子识别力、透皮吸收性以及生物活性等方面较直链肽有显著提升,这使其在化妆品行业有着广泛的应用潜力。论述围绕植物环肽的结构分类、提取分离以及生物活性展开,着重介绍了亚麻籽环肽在改善皮肤方面的功效,以期为植物环肽在化妆品领域的应用提供理论参考。Plant cyclopeptides are cyclic compounds formed by the cyclization of peptide or disulfide bonds.They show significant improvement over straight chain peptides in stability,specific protein factor recognition,transdermal absorption and biological activity,which gives them a great deal of potential applications in the cosmetic industry.The structural classification,extraction and separation,as well as biological activities of plant cyclopeptides were discussed in this paper,with a particular focus on the skin-improving effects of flaxseed cyclopeptides.It can provide a theoretical basis for the application of plant cyclopeptides in cosmetics.
