摘  要:近年来,利用黑水虻幼虫转化餐厨垃圾生产高质量动物蛋白已经成为餐厨垃圾处理的一个重要途径.为了研究不同含水率餐厨垃圾对黑水虻幼虫生长发育的影响,本研究选择黑水虻6日龄幼虫进行试验,餐厨垃圾二相分离处理后,用蒸馏水调控其含水率,分别在含水率50%、60%、70%条件下养殖黑水虻,以麦麸为对照,比较不同处理条件下黑水虻幼虫的体重、体长和体宽的变化及幼虫化蛹率、蛹羽化率;同时,观察餐厨垃圾和麦麸饲养下黑水虻幼虫及饲料的变化.结果发现,含水率为60%的餐厨垃圾饲养下的黑水虻幼虫体重、体长和体宽高于含水率50%处理组,并显著高于70%处理组(P<0.05);而含水率为70%的麦麸则优于含水率50%和60%处理组;分别以含水率60%的餐厨垃圾和含水率70%的麦麸饲养黑水虻,餐厨垃圾和麦麸均能被黑水虻幼虫有效利用,且生长发育良好.研究结果为深入开展大规模利用黑水虻幼虫处理餐厨垃圾提供重要的参考依据.In recent years,as an approach for kitchen waste utilization,Black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)has been developed to transform kitchen waste.Six-day-old larvae were selected as experimental insects to study the different moisture contents of the kitchen waste on the growth and development of H.illucens larvae.The moisture content of binary-separated kitchen waste was adjusted to 50%,60%,and 70%with distilled water before being used as feed for H.illucens larvae breeding.Subsequently,the changes in body weight,length,and width of H.illucens larvae and the pupation rate and emergence rate under different treatments,were analyzed.Here,wheat bran was used as a control.The results showed that the body weight,length,and width of H.illucens larvae fed on kitchen waste with 60%moisture content were higher than those fed on waste with 50%and significantly higher than that with 70%(P<0.05).The wheat bran with 70%moisture content was better than that with 50%and 60%.Kitchen waste with 60%moisture content and wheat bran with 70%moisture content could be effectively utilized by H.illucens larvae.The results provide a basis for the large-scale utilization of H.illucens larvae in kitchen waste treatment.
