摘  要:采用非等温热重分析(TG)探究了富油煤在升温速率分别为10、20、30、40、50℃/min热解条件下的热失重规律,得到了不同升温速率下的TG-DTG曲线和表征参数。并选取富油煤热解集中温度区间(290℃~650℃)进行热解动力学分析,对比KAS法、FWO法和Friedman法3种热动力学模型计算富油煤热分解时的反应活化能。结果得到:在290℃~650℃内,富油煤的失重率为24%~29%,为主要失重区间;随着升温速率的提高,传热迟滞现象更严重,富油煤热解逐渐向高温区推进;随着转化率的增加,3种热动力学模型计算所得的反应活化能值也随之增加。其中KAS法与Friedman法的反应活化能值较为接近,FWO法求得的反应活化能值最大。Non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis(TG) was used to investigate the thermogra-vimetric characteristics of tar-rich coal pyrolysis at heating rates of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 ℃/min,respectively. TG-DTG curves and characterization parameters at different heating rates were obtained.The pyrolysis temperature range(290℃-650℃) of tar-rich coal was selected to analyze the pyrolysis kinetics, and the activation energy of the pyrolysis of tar-rich coal was calculated by comparing the KAS method, FWO method and Friedman method. The results show that in the temperature range of 290℃-650℃, the weight loss rate of tar-rich coal is 24%-29%, which is the main weight loss range.With the increase of heating rate, the heat transfer hysteresis becomes more serious, and the pyrolysis of tar-rich coal gradually advances to the high temperature area. With the increase of conversion rate,the activation energy values calculated by the three thermodynamic models also increase. The activation energy values of KAS method and Friedman method are close, and that of FWO method is the largest.
