摘 要:针对当前单点式巷道变形量的测算方法精度低、误差较大等不足,提出了一种基于三维测量技术的巷道变形量测算方法。以线结构光三维测量原理为基础,通过交比不变性原理完成光平面的标定,利用灰度重心法来提取光条中心点,并根据重建巷道的三维空间结构模型展开变形量测算实验。4次实验结果表明:随着变形量的增加,巷道顶板切片的变化趋势逐渐明显;三维测量方法能够有效完成巷道变形量的测算,结果精度高,误差最大值为4.20 mm,发生在第3次实验中。To overcome the shortcomings of low accuracy and large error in current single-point roadway deformation measurement method, a new roadway deformation measurement method based on3D measurement technology is presented. Based on the principle of 3D measurement of line structure light, the light plane is calibrated by the principle of invariance of cross ratio, the center point of light strip is extracted by gray centroid method, and the deformation measurement experiment is carried out according to the 3D spatial structure model of the reconstructed roadway. The results of four experiments show that with the increase of deformation, the change trend of roadway roof slices is gradually obvious. 3D measurement method can effectively complete the calculation of roadway deformation. The result has high accuracy and the maximum error is 4.20 mm, which happened in the third experiment.
