摘 要:传统煤矿巷道变形测量方法具有一定的片面性,测量精度低,误差较大,无法满足当前智能化测量要求。基于此,设计了一种基于三维重构技术的巷道变形测量方法。通过分析三维激光扫描原理,通过三维激光扫描仪来完成巷道的原始点云,采用双边滤波和最远点采样(FPS)算法对原始点云进行滤波去噪和精简,并利用自适应下采样的全局优化ICP配准方法来完成点云的配准,从而完成巷道结构的三维重构和测量。实验结果表明:三维重构结果与巷道实际结构较为一致;5期测量数据中,最大变形量为11.64 mm,测算精度高且误差较低,满足巷道智能化测量需求。Traditional coal mine roadway deformation measurement method has some unilaterality, low measurement accuracy, large error, and can not meet the current requirements of intelligent measurement.Based on this, a roadway deformation measurement method based on three-dimensional reconstruction technology is designed. By analyzing the principle of 3D laser scanning, the original point cloud of a roadway is completed with 3D laser scanner. The original point cloud is filtered, denoised and simplified with two-sided filter and farthest point sampling(FPS) algorithm, and the registration of point cloud is completed with the global optimization ICP registration method of adaptive downsampling, so as to complete the 3D reconstruction and measurement of the roadway structure. The results show that the3D reconstruction results are in good agreement with the actual structure of the roadway. In the fivephase survey data, the maximum distortion is 11.64 mm, which has high accuracy and low error, and meets the requirements of intelligent survey of roadways.
