摘 要:针对传统光伏建筑模型量巨大与太阳辐射量预测困难的问题,基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Mdeling, BIM)技术,简化设计光伏-发电-储能一体化模型,基于光伏建筑的BIM模型建立太阳辐射仿真模型,分析整体光伏建筑的热辐射与发电量情况。以海南地区某教学楼光伏系统为例,借助Revit软件建立教学楼BIM模型,给出建筑墙体材料的相关热参数。基于光伏组件特性,分别建立了光伏矩阵等效串并联模型与光伏储蓄电池阵列模型,结合教学楼的实际用电参数,得到光伏阵列的铺设规则与光伏蓄电池的连接方式。In view of the huge amount of traditional photovoltaic building models and the difficulty in predicting the amount of solar radiation,based on building Information modeling(BIM)technology,the study simplifies and designs the integrated model of photovoltaic,power generation and energy storage;establishes the solar radiation simulation model based on the BIM model of photovoltaic building;and analyzes thermal radiation and power generation of the whole photovoltaic building.Through taking the photovoltaic system of a teaching building in Hainan as an example,the study establishes the BIM model of the teaching building by Revit software,and obtains the related thermal parameters of the building wall materials.Based on the characteristics of photovoltaic modules,the study establishes the equivalent series parallel model of photovoltaic matrix and the photovoltaic storage battery array model respectively,and obtains the laying rules of photovoltaic array and the connection mode of photovoltaic battery through combining with the actual electricity consumption parameters of the teaching building.
