摘 要:为探讨复合型法学研究生培养模式,对法学研究生的培养困境进行分析。若法学与建筑学、医学、工科、金融学、税收学、行政学、财政学、管理学的交叉融合度不够,就会出现在解决建设工程法律纠纷、医疗法律纠纷、专利法律纠纷、金融法律纠纷等时缺少专业人才问题。需形成复合型法学研究生培养理念,设置不同学科交叉型的研究生课程体系,着重进行通才式教育。为此,法学专业研究生选修其他专业课程时可不适用学分制,不增加学生跨学科学习的压力;要实现交叉学科的师资共享,建设复合型教师队伍,保障复合型法学研究生培养质量;可组织研究生参与法学和其他学科交叉融合的社会实践活动,形成资源共享、优势互补;还可根据研究生专业背景量身设置个人专题讲座,有效发挥本科非法学研究生的专业优势或非法学已就业多年工作人员的经验优势。对法学研究生的培养模式作出新的调整有利于将法学与不同学科进行有机结合,完善研究生的专业知识体系,培养具有多方面知识和技能的复合型法学人才。In order to explore the training mode of compound law graduate students,the study analyzes the training predicament of law graduate students.If the degree of cross-integration between law and architecture,medicine,engineering,finance,taxation,administration,finance,and management is not enough,there will be construction engineering,medical legal,patent legal,and financial legal disputes,etc.It is necessary to form the concept of compound training of law graduate students,set up a interdisciplinary graduate course system,and emphasize on generalist education.The credit system is not applicable to law graduate students who choose other professional courses,which does not increase the pressure of interdisciplinary learning.It is necessary to realize the sharing of interdisciplinary teachers,build compound teachers and guarantee the training quality of compound law graduate students;organize graduate students to participate in the social practice of law and other disciplines to form resource sharing and complementary advantages;form individual special lectures according to the professional background of graduate students,effectively play the role of professional advantages of undergraduate illegal students or the experience advantages of illegal students who have been employed for many years.The new adjustment to the training mode of law graduate students is conducive to the organic combination of law and different disciplines,the improvement of the professional knowledge system of graduate students,and the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents with various knowledge and skills.
