摘  要:为找寻提升乡村教育质量的实证依据,探讨组织支持感对乡村中学教师工作投入的影响,以及基本心理需求和教学幸福感在其间的链式中介作用,采用组织支持感量表、基本心理需求满足量表、教学主观幸福感问卷、工作投入量表对SX省的634名乡村中学教师进行问卷调查。结果发现:组织支持感对乡村中学教师的工作投入有显著预测作用;基本心理需求是组织支持感与乡村中学教师工作投入间的中介变量;教学幸福感是组织支持感与乡村中学教师工作投入间的中介变量;基本心理需求和教学幸福感在组织支持感与乡村中学教师工作投入间起链式中介作用。研究结果启示,要加大组织支持力度、满足乡村中学教师基本心理需求、提高教学幸福感,让乡村中学教师真正投入到教学工作中。In order to explore the empirical evidence for improving the quality of rural education,and to explore the impact of organizational support on the work engagement of rural middle school teachers,as well as the chain mediating effect of basic psychological needs and teaching well-being,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 634 rural middle school teachers in SX Province using the Organizational Support Scale,Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale,Teaching Subjective well-being Scale,and Work Engagement Scale.The results showed that organizational support had a significant predictive effect on the teachers'work engagement;the basic psychological needs are the mediating variables between organizational support and teachers'work engagement;teaching well-being is a mediating variable between organizational support and teachers'work engagement;the basic psychological needs and teaching well-being play a chain mediating role between organizational support and teachers'work engagement.The research findings suggest that we should increase organizational support,meet the basic psychological needs of rural middle school teachers,improve teaching well-being,and truly engage rural middle school teachers in teaching work.
