摘 要:不同绕组结构的电机发电性能存在很大差异,选取合适的绕组形式对于电励磁双凸极电机在航空电源系统中的应用至关重要。该文对比研究单、双层绕组电励磁双凸极电机线性区和饱和区发电性能。首先,阐述2种电机的绕组结构形式与磁路特点。其次,在此基础上建立等效磁路模型,解析获得绕组结构对漏磁通的影响规律与机理,从原理上解释了不同绕组结构电励磁双凸极电机饱和特性差异的原因。最后,比较线性区和饱和区单、双层绕组电励磁双凸极电机的输出性能。结果表明:电流密度较低时,单层绕组电励磁双凸极电机的励磁效率更高,输出能力更强,但是双层绕组电机具有较强的过载能力,在航空电源系统中有更大的应用潜力。研制了原理样机,实验结果验证了仿真分析的有效性。There are significant differences in the generation performance of machines with different winding configurations.The appropriate winding configurations are critical for the application of doubly salient electro-magnetic machine(DSEM)in aircraft DC electrical power systems.In this paper,the comparative study of generation performance between single-layer winding DSEM(DSEM-SL)and double-layer winding DSEM(DSEM-DL)is carried out in the linear and saturation regions.First,the winding structure and magnetic circuit characteristics of DSEM are presented.On this basis,the equivalent magnetic circuit model is established to analyze the effect of winding structure on the leakage flux,explaining the reason for the difference in saturation characteristics of DSEM with different winding structures.The output performance of DSEM-SL and DSEM-DL in the linear and saturation regions is compared in detail.The results show that DSEM-SL has higher excitation efficiency and stronger output capacity when the current density is less than 15A/mm2,while DSEM-DL has better overload capacity,offering greater potential for the application in aircraft electrical power system.The prototype is designed and manufactured and the analysis of generation performance is validated by experiments.
