摘　　要：S100A是S100钙结合蛋白家族的重要成员,广泛参与细胞增殖、凋亡、炎性反应及多种消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生、发展。消化系统恶性肿瘤发病机制尚未阐明,缺乏高效、敏感的诊断标志物及有效的治疗靶点,易复发、转移,病死率较高。S100A及其亚型与消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和预后密切相关。本文就S100A蛋白家族在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。S100A,as an important member of the S100 calcium-binding protein family,is widely involved in cell proliferation,apoptosis,inflammatory responses,and occurrence and development of various digestive malignancies.The pathogenesis of digestive malignancies is not fully illustrated,and they lack efficient and sensitive diagnostic markers and effective therapeutic targets.They are prone to develop recurrence and metastasis and has a high mortality.S100A and its isoforms are closely involved in the occurrence,development and prognosis of digestive malignancies.This paper reviews the research progress of S100A protein family in digestive malignancies.
