摘　　要：目的探讨我国医学网络教学的研究热点和趋势。方法2023年1月,从中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库检索自2000年1月至2022年12月收录的医学网络教学相关论文,采用文献计量学方法对发文数量、机构等进行统计,对关键词进行频次分析和聚类分析。结果本研究共纳入中文文献19907篇。发文机构地域分布均衡。累计频次排在前5位的高频关键词为:翻转课堂(3188次)、混合式教学(2103次)、微课(1827次)、教学改革(1742次)和MOOC(1309次)。研究主题聚焦于教学理论研究,教学方式实践和教学资源建设等。结论我国医学网络教学发展迅速,已初具规模。医学网络教学改革还需持续深入,加强理论探究,改进教学模式,优化教学资源建设,促进教学质量的进一步提升。Objective To explore the hot spot and trend about medical online teaching in China.Methods In January 2023,relevant documents of research regarding medical online teaching from January 2000 to December 2022 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure Wanfang Data and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals were retrieved.The number of publication and organization are statistically analyzed by Bibliometrics,and the keyword frequency analysis and cluster analysis were performed.Results There were 19907 papers published in Chinese.The organizations publishing the papers had a balanced regional distribution.The top five high-frequency keywords were″flipped classroom″(3188 times),″blended learning″(2103 times),″micro-lecture″(1827 times),″educational reform″(1742 times),and″MOOC″(1309 times).The research topic focused on teaching theory,teaching mode practice,and teaching resource development.Conclusions The development of medical internet teaching in China has been rapid and has taken shape.However,in-depth reform is needed in medical internet teaching,including strengthening theoretical research,improving teaching methods,optimizing the development of teaching resources,and enhancing teaching quality.
