用户体验视角下图书馆“闭合场景环”的构建与实证

摘　　要：[目的/意义]用户体验内容的变化与升级导致图书馆产品、服务、系统和交互所构建的融合体上升到场景化服务阶段,用户场景配置只有兼具稳定性与变化性的融合特征方可实现用户的极致体验。[方法/过程]应用控制论原理,设计图书馆“闭合场景环”,详述其构成要素和生态运行过程。[结果/结论 ]“闭合场景环”通过用户需求/期望驱动、正反通路生态调节、输入量与输出量相互校正、辅助元件的神经输送等生态运行过程,保证系统的自我调整与可持续发展,实现用户体验的稳定与持续。[Purpose/Significance]With the change and upgrading of user experience content,the integration of products,services,systems and interactions in the library has been transformed to the stage of scene-based service.The user scenario configuration with stability and variability can help users achieve the ultimate experience.[Method/Process]According to the principle of cybernetics,the paper designed"closed scenario loop"of library and expounded its constituent elements and ecological operation process in detail.[Result/Conclusion]The"closed scenario loop"ensures the self-regulation and sustainable development of the system and realizes the stability and sustainability of the user experience through the ecological operation process of user demand/expectation driving,positive and negative path ecological regulation,mutual correction of input and output,and neural transmission of auxiliary components.
