摘　　要：从江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展的历史使然到时代应然,遵循的是文化认同、文化创新和文化自信的逻辑原则。文章以厘清江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展之应然逻辑关联为先,以江南文化观照下的长三角区域一体化发展应然状态分析为基,剥析与呈现了历史使命与时代担当、文脉赓续与价值规范、内生动力与长效赋能、品牌熔铸与效应释放的应然逻辑,进而辨析变与守、创与固、聚与扩、推与藏的江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展的实践逻辑。系统把握应然逻辑与实践逻辑,构建江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展共同体,是更高质量建设中国区域特色文化和经济示范高地的根本所在,也是新时代坚定文化自信和建设社会主义现代化强国的题中之义。From the historical necessity of the development of Jiangnan culture and the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta to the ideal state of the times,it follows the logical principles of cultural identity,cultural innovation and cultural self-confidence.This paper first clarifies the logical relationship between Jiangnan culture and the Yangtze River Delta regional integration development,and based on the analysis of the state of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration development under the observation of Jiangnan culture,presents the logical hierarchy of its historical mission and era,continuous context and value norms,endogenous motivation and long-term empowerment,brand melting and effect release,then analyzes the practical logic of the Jiangnan culture and the integration development of the Yangtze River Delta,which are changing and keeping,creation and consolidation,accumulation and expansion,promotion and preservation.Systematically grasping the ideal logic and practical logic and constructing the integrated development community of Jiangnan culture and the Yangtze River Delta is the foundation of building a higher quality cultural with Chinese regional characteristics and economic demonstration highland.It is also the key of strengthening cultural confidence and building a strong modern socialist power in the new era.
