摘  要:目的:观察烟酰胺N-甲基转移酶(NNMT)和肿瘤坏死因子受体相关蛋白1(TRAP1)在食管癌组织中的表达水平,分析NNMT和TRAP1与食管癌临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:选取2018年3月至2022年10月广东医科大学附属医院治疗的73例食管癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织标本作为研究对象,通过免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中NNMT和TRAP1表达,采用χ^(2)检验分析NNMT和TRAP1的表达与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:NNMT在食管癌组织中阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织[75.34%(55/73)比21.92%(16/73)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=41.703,P<0.01)。NNMT表达水平与食管癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期、组织学分化程度明显相关(χ^(2)=9.156、5.095、4.434,P<0.05),NNMT表达水平与食管癌患者性别、年龄无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.004、0.044,P>0.05)。TRAP1在食管癌组织中阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织[65.75%(48/73)比12.33%(9/73)],两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=43.774,P<0.01)。TRAP1表达水平与食管癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=4.544、4.561,P<0.05),TRAP1表达水平与食管癌患者组织学分化程度、性别、年龄无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.268、0.031、0.218,P>0.05)。结论:食管癌组织中NNMT和TRAP1表达水平升高,NNMT和TRAP1表达与食管癌的发生发展呈明显相关。Objective To study the expression of Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase(NNMT)and tumor necrosis factor receptor associated protein 1(TRAP1)expression levels in esophageal cancer tissues,the relationship between NNMT,TRAP1 and clinicopathological factors of esophageal cancer were analyzed.Methods 73 patients with esophageal cancer treated in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from March 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The expression of NNMT and TRAP1 in the above tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Chi-square test were used to analyze the relationship between NNMT and TRAP1 expression and clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer.Results The positive expression rate of NNMT in esophageal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent esophageal tissues[75.34%(55/73)vs.21.92%(16/73)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=41.703,P<0.01).The expression level of NNMT were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and histological differentiation in patients with esophageal cancer(Respectively,χ^(2)=9.156,5.095,4.434,P<0.05).NNMT expression level were not significantly correlated with gender and age of patients with esophageal cancer(Respectively,χ^(2)=0.004,0.044,P>0.05).The positive expression rate of TRAP1 in esophageal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent esophageal tissues[65.75%(48/73)vs.12.33%(9/73)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=43.774,P<0.01).The expression level of TRAP1 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in patients with esophageal cancer(Respectively,χ^(2)=4.544,4.561,P<0.05).The expression level of TRAP1 were not significantly correlated with histological differentiation,gender and age of patients with esophageal cancer(Respectively,χ^(2)=0.268,0.031,0.218,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of NNMT and TRAP1 are increased in esophageal cancer tissues.the expressions of NNMT,TRAP1 are significantly re
