摘　　要：当前利用科学技术手段进行犯罪的条件有所增加,公安教育也面临着如何利用知识,利用什么知识培养人才等问题,倒逼应用创新型人才战略的落实和人才培养课程群建设规划的制订。然而在纠结于理论型、技术技能型还是应用创新型公安高校教学的定位的现阶段,公安院校的课程群建设仍处于探索阶段,存在理念不清、落实不力、课程体系混乱、师资结构不合理、评价不科学,以及课程资源分配不公平、不合理,学生对课程群建设的价值认同感不足等问题。因此,审视公安院校课程群建设的优势,深入研究公安院校课程群建设的主体、客体和重心,搭建适应新时代现代化公安“应用创新型”人才培养方案,贴近实战、服务公安的高质量课程群,具有重大的现实意义。At present,the number of cases of using scientific and technological means to commit crimes has increased,and public security education is also facing problems such as how to use k nowledge personnel training,forcing the implementation of the strategy of applying innovative talents and the formulation of plans for the construction of talent training course group.However,at the current stage,which is still entangled in the positioning of theoretical,technical skills or applied innovative public security university teaching,the construction of curriculum groups is stil in the exploratory stage,and there are problems such as unclear concepts,poor implementation,chaotic curriculum system,unreasonable teacher structure,unscientific evaluation,unfair and unreasonable distribution of course resources,and insufficient students'sense of value recognition for course group construction.Therefore,through the advantages of the construction of the course group of public security colleges,it is of great practical significance to deeply study the subject,object and center of gravity of the construction of the course group of public security colleges,and build a high-quality course group that adapts to the modern public security"application innovation"talent training program in the new era,and is close to the actual combat and serves the public security.
