区域性中小学骨干教师培训的有效性探究

摘　　要：强国先强教,强教必先强师,高素质的中小学教师队伍建设离不开高质量的中小学骨干教师培训。为此,国家出台了一系列关于骨干教师培养的文件,且不断增加中小学骨干教师的培训经费来保障培训工作的有序开展。随着新课程、新教材、新高考的实施,中小学骨干教师培训也面临着新的挑战。本文根据某地中小学骨干教师培训现状,提出区域性中小学骨干教师培养有效性的策略,旨在为日后工作提供方向。A strong country must first strengthen the education,and a strong education must first strengthen the teaching staff.The construction of high quality primary and secondary school teachers cannot be separated from high quality primary and secondary school core teacher training.To this end,the state has issued a series of documents on the training of core teachers,and constantly increase the training funds for core teachers of primary and secondary schools to ensure the orderly development of training work.With the implementation of the new curriculum,new teaching materials and new college entrance examination,the training of core teachers in primary and secondary schools is also facing new challenges.According to the current situation of the training of core teachers in primary and secondary schools in a certain region,this paper puts forward effective strategies for the training of core teachers in regional primary and secondary schools,aiming at providing a direction for the future work.
