摘 要:为探讨紫色土上大叶女贞苗接种不同丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)后对干旱环境的响应,采集紫色土区的大叶女贞种子,以紫色土为基质,先采用盆栽方式育苗,再对幼苗分别接种摩西斗管囊霉(FM)和幼套近明球囊霉(CE)两种AMF,进行干旱胁迫试验,研究两种AMF对紫色土上大叶女贞叶片生长与生理特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫使紫色土上大叶女贞的叶片数显著减少,使叶面积、叶长、平均叶宽等均显著减小,使叶片相对含水量显著降低,但叶干物质含量受干旱胁迫后反而提高了。干旱胁迫使大叶女贞叶片的净光合速率受到抑制,接种AMF后抑制程度减轻;干旱胁迫还显著降低了大叶女贞叶片的气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率、光化学猝灭系数(qP),但提高了大叶女贞叶片的非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)和SPAD值。接种AMF使大叶女贞叶片数增多、叶面积增大,使叶片相对含水量、水分利用效率、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和SPAD值提高,特别是在干旱胁迫的环境下,促进作用更明显。接种FM对紫色土上大叶女贞的叶片数增多和叶面积、叶长、叶宽增大以及水分利用效率提高等的促进效果都优于接种CE的。In order to investigate the response of Ligustrum lucidum to drought environment after inoculation with different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)in purple soilarea,the seeds of L.lucidum were collected from purple soil area,and the pot experiment was carried out with purple soil as the substrate.The effects of the two AMF on the growth and physiological characteristics of L.lucidum in purple soil were studied by drought stress test after inoculation of two kinds of AMF Funneliformis mosseae(FM)and Claroideoglomus etunicatum(CE),respectively.The results showed that drought stress significantly reduced the number of leaves,leaf area,leaf length and average leaf width,and significantly reduced the relative water content of leaves.However,the dry matter content of leaves was increased after drought stress.Drought stress inhibited the net photosynthetic rate of L.lucidum leaves,whilethe degree of inhibition was reduced after inoculation with AMF.Drought stress also significantly decreased the stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)concentration,transpiration rate and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),but increased the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)and SPAD value of L.lucidum leaves.AMF inoculation significantly increased the number of leaves,leaf area,relative water content of leaves,photosynthetic water use efficiency,maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm)and SPAD value of L.lucidum on inpurple soil,especially under drought stress.In general,the effects of FM inoculation on the increase of leaf number,leaf area,leaf length,leaf relative water content and water use efficiency on L.lucidum inpurple soil were better than those of CE inoculation.
