摘  要:通过引入小振幅震荡剪切测试试验机制,结合多种试验手段获取水泥浆液在不同水灰比下,表现出的不同性能参数,同时利用SEX、XRD等方法对水泥水化机理进行分析研究,最终得出复配水泥在不同水灰比下表现出的黏度特点与凝结变化特点。从试验结果来看,水灰比对水泥复合黏度的影响较大,水化前期增速较快,后期增速变缓。在不同水灰比下,浆液黏度曲线变化模式呈现“上凸”、“S”、“反L”和“直线”型形态。水泥浆液凝结固化模式基本不受水灰比的影响,但各阶段固化时间会随水灰比的提高而延长。The small amplitude vibration shear test mechanism is introduced.Combined with a variety of test methods,the different performance parameters of cement slurry under different water cement ratio are obtained.At the same time,the cement hydration mechanism is analyzed and studied by using methods such as SEX and XRD,and finally the viscosity characteristics and setting characteristics of compound cement under different water cement ratio are obtained.From the test results,the water cement ratio has a great influence on the composite viscosity of cement.The growth rate in the early stage of hydration is faster and slower in the later stage.Under different water cement ratio,the change patterns of slurry viscosity curve show“upward convex”,“S”,“reverse L”and“straight line”.The setting and curing mode of cement slurry is basically not affected by the water cement ratio,but the curing time of each stage will be prolonged with the increase of water cement ratio.
