摘  要:水泥混凝土路面在行车荷载作用下极易发生结构性损坏,频繁修补严重影响交通通行效率,预制水泥混凝土板凭借其快速开放交通在水泥路面快速养护中得到了一定应用。研究水泥混凝土预制板结构在静载作用下的力学响应对于合理设计水泥混凝土预制板结构、提高路面结构使用性能具有重要意义。首先根据实际路面结构和路面结构的损坏情况,运用ABAQUS建立水泥混凝土预制板路面结构的三维有限元模型,分析静载作用下预制板参数变化对路面结构力学响应的影响,最终确定合理的水泥混凝土预制板结构设计参数。研究结果表明:静载作用下预制水泥混凝土结构的最大拉应力临界荷位为横缝边缘中部,最大挠度临界荷位为板角。影响预制水泥混凝土板拉应力和挠度的主要因素为路面板厚度,面板模量、基层模量和接缝宽度对预制板拉应力、挠度、应力传荷系数、挠度传荷系数的影响均较小。通过计算建议采用平面尺寸接近正方形的预制板块,预制板厚度约为20 cm,基层模量要求为1300~2200 MPa,接缝宽度为10~20 mm。under the action of traffic load,cement concrete pavement is prone to structural damage under traffic load.Precast concrete slab(PCS)has been applied to the rapid maintenance of cement pavement due to its rapid opening of traffic.Research on the mechanical response of cement concrete precast slab structure under static load is of great significance for reasonable design of cement concrete precast slab structure and improvement of pavement performance.ABAQUS nonlinear finite element software is used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of pavement structure,and the influence of pavement structure and material parameters on the mechanical response and load transfer capacity of precast cement concrete structure under static load is analyzed.Finally,the reasonable design parameters of cement concrete precast slab structure are determined.The results show that the critical load of the maximum tensile stress of the precast cement concrete structure under static load is the middle of the edge of the transverse joint,and the critical load of the maximum deflection is the plate angle.The main factors affecting the tensile stress and deflection of precast cement concrete slab are the thickness of pavement slab.The influence of slab modulus,base modulus and joint width on the tensile stress,deflection,stress load transfer coefficient and deflection load transfer coefficient of precast slab is small.Through the calculation,it is suggested that the plane size of the prefabricated plate is close to the square,the thickness of the prefabricated plate is about 20 cm,the base modulus is from 1300 MPa to 2200 MPa,and the connection width is from 10 mm to 20 mm.
