摘  要:高职院校船舶制造类专业培养的毕业生就业岗位以一线造船生产为主,但是船厂的工作强度大、条件差,工作待遇达不到学生的预期值,导致近年来船舶制造类专业毕业生从事本专业的人员数量呈下降趋势。为缓解船舶制造人才紧缺的就业形势,将课程思政与船舶生产实训课有机融合,提炼船舶生产实训课中蕴含的思政元素,利用学生对船舶行业的热情和专业知识技能学习的认可度与专注度,激发学生对造船事业的热爱,实现船舶专业课全方位的育人功能。The graduates of shipbuilding major in higher vocational colleges mainly engage in front-line shipbuilding production.However,the work intensity in shipyards,poor working conditions and salary failing to reach the expected value of students lead to a declining trend in the number of shipbuilding graduates in this profession in recent years.To alleviate the shortage of shipbuilding talents in the employment situation,the ideological and political courses are organically integrated with the practical training courses of shipbuilding production,and the ideological and political elements contained in the practical training courses of shipbuilding production are refined.Students' enthusiasm for the shipbuilding industry and their recognition and concentration in learning professional knowledge and skills are used to stimulate their love for shipbuilding and realize the all-round education function of shipbuilding professional courses.
