高职社会体育专业实习基地对策研究——以沈阳市健身俱乐部为例

摘　　要：高职社会体育专业(舞蹈健身方向)实习就业岗位主要是在健身俱乐部。通过对沈阳地区健身俱乐部运行状况和未来发展状况进行调研与分析,发现虽然目前沈阳健身市场的规模不断扩大,但仍存在一些问题。建议加强对居民健身益处和健身消费的宣传,培育区域健身市场,提高健身俱乐部健身项目的质量和数量,不打价格战,大胆更新经营观念,丰富健身俱乐部经营的方法和手段,打造健身俱乐部的品牌效应,建立连锁式网络营销模式。Internship jobs of higher vocational social sports major(dance fitness direction) are mainly in the health clubs.Through the investigation and analysis of the operation and future development of fitness clubs in Shenyang area,it is found that the scale of Shenyang fitness market is expanding,however,there are still some problems.It is suggested to strengthen the publicity of residents' fitness benefits and fitness consumption,cultivate the regional fitness market,improve the quality and quantity of fitness club fitness projects,avoid price wars,boldly update the management concept,enrich the methods and means of fitness club management,build the brand effect of fitness club,and establish a chain network marketing model.
