摘　　要：针对企业社交网络使用过程中仍存在知识传播效用低、传播不畅等问题,从感知公平视角出发,在经典的SIR模型基础上引入了公平因子,构建了基于公平理论的企业社交网络知识传播机理模型,探索了企业社交网络虚拟情境下员工感知公平程度对其持续知识共享行为的动态影响机理及状态转化.结果表明,员工在企业社交网络中的感知公平程度对其持续共享行为具有重要影响作用.当感知公平程度增加的时候,持续知识共享者数量出现明显增长,持续知识共享者与知识共享者达到平衡的时间明显缩短,当持续知识共享者人数到达平衡点时,ESN中的知识共享行为达到最佳水平。并且互动公平、程序公平和分配公平对员工的持续知识共享行为均有不同程度的影响,其中互动公平的影响最大,分配公平影响最小。Considering low efficiency and poor dissemination of knowledge in enterprise social networks(ES-N),this paper introduces the justice factor on the basis of the classic SIR model,and constructs a knowledge dissemination mechanism model of enterprise social networks based on the equity theory,and explores the dynamic impact mechanism of employees'perceived justice on their continuous knowledge sharing behavior under enterprise social networks.The results show that the perceived justice of employees in ESN has an im-portant effect on their continuous sharing behavior.When the degree of perceived justice increases,the number of continuous knowledge-sharers increases significantly,and the time for continuous knowledge-sharers and knowledge-sharers to reach balance is significantly shortened.When the number of continuous knowledge-sharers reaches the equilibrium point,the knowledge-sharing behavior in ESN reaches the best level.Moreover,interactive justice,procedural justice,and distributive justice all influence employees'continuous knowledge sharing behavior,among which interactive justice has the greatest influence,and distributive justice has the least influence.
