摘 要:目的探讨电子计算机断层扫描(CT)三维重建在食管癌瘤体解剖结构评估及术前分期诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年2月至2022年2月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的90例食管癌患者,根据肿瘤分期不同将患者分为T1组、T2组和T3组,所有患者均行CT三维重建检查,比较不同分期患者的CT三维重建指标,分析上述指标在食管癌患者分期中的应用价值。结果T2、T3期瘤体体积、食管病变长度、食管病变厚度均大于T1期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2、T3期食管癌患者的瘤体体积、食管病变长度、食管病变厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1、T2、T3期食管癌患者的瘤体CT值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示:瘤体体积、食管病变长度和食管病变厚度均和患者的肿瘤分期呈正相关(r=0.427,0.435,0.484,0.459,P<0.05)。结论对食管癌进行CT三维重建能够较为准确地判断病灶的大小、位置,指导术前分期,对临床治疗方案的制定有指导意义。Objective To explore the application effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the evaluation of anatomical structure and preoperative staging diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 90 esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022.The patients were divided into T1,T2,and T3 group,based on different tumor stages.All patients underwent CT three-dimensional reconstruction examination,and the CT three-dimensional reconstruction indicators of patients with different stages were compared.The application value of the above indicators in the staging of esophageal cancer patients was analyzed.Results Compared with T1 stage,the tumor volume,length and thickness of esophageal lesions in T2 and T3 stages were all greater,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant difference in tumor volume,length and thickness of esophageal lesion between T2 and T3 stage esophageal cancer;there were no statistically significant difference in tumor CT values among T1,T2,and T3 stage esophageal cancer patients.Correlation analysis showed that tumor volume,length and thickness of esophageal lesions were positively correlated with tumor staging in patients(r=0.427,0.435,0.484,0.459,P<0.05).Conclusion CT three-dimensional reconstruction of esophageal cancer can accurately determine the size and location of the lesion,guide preoperative staging,and have guiding significance for the formulation of clinical treatment plans.
