摘  要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确指出,在职业教育发展过程中,应保证教育和培训改革效果,以顶层设计为主,并指出2022年职业教育的具体教学标准,以及专业设置、课程内容等要求,将“1+X”证书试点工作作为重点内容。在该项教育措施的帮助下,职业教育的专业程度和人才培养质量能够得到有效提升。本文以广东环境保护工程职业学院为例,对“1+X”证书制度推行意义进行总结,论述了1+X证书背景下高职烹饪工艺与营养专业课程体系构建策略。The implementation plan of national vocational education reform clearly pointed out that in the process of the development of vocational education,should ensure the effect of education and training reform,give priority to with the top design,and pointed out that the specific teaching standards of vocational education in 2022,as well as professional setting,curriculum content requirements,the“1+X”certificate pilot work as the key content.With the help of this educational measure,the professional degree and talent training quality of vocational education can be effectively improved.Taking Guangdong Vocational College of Environmental Protection Engineering as an example,this paper summarizes the implementation significance of“1+X”certificate system,and discusses the construction strategy of higher vocational cooking technology and nutrition professional curriculum system under the background of“1+X”certificate.
