摘  要:目的探讨成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)教学理念下“三段式”临床教学模式在口腔医学专业的临床实习中应用的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2019年6月在济宁医学院附属济南市第三人民医院口腔科进行实习的25名学生作为研究对象,以完全随机法分为观察组(12名)和对照组(13名)。观察组采用基于OBE理念的“三段式”临床教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。对比两组学生理论知识考核成绩、临床实践技能考核成绩及学生对教学方法满意度。结果观察组学生的理论知识考核成绩、临床实践技能水平及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OBE理念视域下的“三段式”临床教学模式应用于口腔专业实习期学习效果显著,较传统教学模式更有助于提高口腔医学专业实习效果,促进其临床思维和岗位胜任力的培养。Objective To explore the effect of"three-stage"clinical teaching mode under the teaching concept of outcome-based education(OBE)in clinical practice of stomatology major.Methods 25 students who practiced in the department of stomatology of Jinan Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical College from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(12 students)and control group(13 students)by completely random method.The observation group adopted the"three-stage"clinical teaching mode based on the OBE concept,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge test scores,clinical practice skills test scores and students'satisfaction with teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge test scores,the clinical practice skill level and the teaching satisfaction level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"three-stage"clinical teaching mode under the perspective of OBE concept has a remarkable effect on the learning during the internship of stomatology specialty.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it is more helpful to improve the internship effect of stomatology specialty,promote the training of clinical thinking and post competency.
