摘 要:目的分析案例教学法(case-based teaching,CBL)联合反思日记教学模式在骨科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间于单县海吉亚医院骨科实习的81名实习生作为研究对象,根据实习时间将2021年1—12月期间的40名实习生作为对照组,2022年1—12月期间的41名实习生作为研究组。对照组接受传统骨科临床带教模式,研究组采用CBL联合反思日记教学模式进行骨科临床带教。比较两组实习生理论与技能实践考核成绩、批判性思维能力测量表-中文版(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-chinese Version,CTDI-CV)评分,以及带教满意度。结果研究组理论与技能实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,研究组CTDI-CV评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合反思日记教学模式在骨科临床带教中具有满意的应用效果,可以有效增强实习生的理论知识掌握度、实践操作能力与批判性思维能力,且提高了带教满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of case-based teaching(CBL)combined with reflective diary teaching mode in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods A total of 81 interns who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics in Shanxian Hagia Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and 40 interns from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group and 41 interns from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group according to the internship time.The control group received traditional orthopaedic clinical teaching mode,while the study group adopted CBL combined with reflective diary teaching mode.The two groups were compared in theory and practice assessment,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-chinese Version(CTDI-CV),and teaching satisfaction.Results The test scores of theory and skill practice of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,CTDI-CV score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL combined reflection diary teaching mode has satisfactory application effect in orthopedic clinical teaching,which can effectively enhance interns'theoretical knowledge mastery,practical operation ability and critical thinking ability,and improve their teaching satisfaction.
