摘 要:目的探讨采用循证医学教学模式完成心脏外科临床教学后获得的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年7月苏州大学附属第一医院的40名心脏外科实习生作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为教学研究分组依据,对所有心脏外科实习生进行不同组别划分,其中施以传统教学的设为参照组(n=20),施以循证医学模式教学的设为研究组(n=20)。对比两组心脏外科实习生的考核成绩(病例分析得分、理论知识得分以及临床操作技能得分)、教学方式满意度(学习主动性、学习兴趣、团队合作力、沟通交流能力、问题分析能力、问题解决能力、检索文献能力、评价文献能力)。结果研究组实习生病例分析得分、理论知识得分以及临床操作技能得分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生学习主动性、学习兴趣、团队合作力、沟通交流能力、问题分析能力、问题解决能力、检索文献能力、评价文献能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学模式教学在心脏外科临床教学的有效应用,可将教学效果以及满意度显著提升。Objective To explore the effect of clinical teaching of cardiac surgery with evidence-based medicine teaching model.Methods Select 40 cardiac surgery interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from March 2020 to July 2022 as the research subjects,and use the coin toss method as the teaching and research grouping basis.Divide all cardiac surgery interns into different groups,with traditional teaching as the reference group(n=20)and evidence-based medicine teaching as the research group(n=20).Compare the assessment scores of two groups of cardiac surgery interns(case analysis scores,theoretical knowledge scores,and clinical operational skills scores),teaching method satisfaction(learning initiative,learning interest,teamwork,communication and communication skills,problem analysis skills,problem-solving skills,literature retrieval skills,and literature evaluation skills).Results The case analysis scores,theoretical knowledge scores,and clinical operational skills scores of the research group interns were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interns in the research group scored higher than the control group in terms of learning initiative,learning interest,teamwork,communication and communication abilities,problem analysis abilities,problem-solving abilities,literature retrieval abilities,and literature evaluation abilities,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of evidence-based medicine teaching in the clinical teaching of cardiac surgery can significantly improve the teaching effect and satisfaction.
