摘 要:目的通过三维模拟动画技术联合基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式在《眼科学》屈光不正章节技能培训中的教学应用,评价该教学方法的有效性。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月在遵义医科大学附属医院近视眼中心规培学员61名,按轮转时间分为观察组31名和对照组30名。观察组采用三维模拟动画联合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统模式。出科后组织理论考核、操作考核、满意度调查问卷3项评价。结果带教后两组学生理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组技能成绩总分、满意度问卷调查分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比传统教学方法,在眼科技能培训中应用三维模拟动画技术联合PBL教学模式有较好的教学效果,可提高眼科规培学生的技能成绩和满意度。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching method in the skill training of the refractive error section of ophthalmology through the combination of 3D simulation animation technology and problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode.Methods A total of 61 trainees were selected from the Myopia Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from July 2019 to July 2021,and were divided into the observation group(31)and the control group(30)according to rotation time.The observation group adopted 3D simulation animation combined with PBL teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.After graduation,three evaluations were organized:theoretical assessment,operational assessment and satisfaction questionnaire.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical scores between the two groups after teaching(P>0.05).The total score of skill and satisfaction questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the application of 3D simulation animation technology combined with PBL teaching mode in ophthalmology skill training has better teaching effect,which can improve the skill achievement and satisfaction of ophthalmology students.
