高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人路径探析

摘　　要：在我国经济社会快速发展的新时期,加强和完善大学生劳动教育成为高校面临的关键课题之一。高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人有助于领航劳动教育的方向,提升思想政治教育的实效,促进大学生的全面发展。二者在教育目标上相互契合,内容上相互融合,方法上相互补充,功能上相互促进,具备协同育人基础。基于协同理论,在分析二者协同育人机制尚未构建、课程体系建设缺失和氛围营造不足的困境基础上,提出通过构建协同机制、建设课程体系、搭建实践平台、培养师资队伍和营造校园文化氛围,以提高劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人实效。In the new era of rapid economic and social development,strengthening and perfecting college students’labor education has become one of the key issues that colleges and universities face.The combination of labor education and ideological and political education helps to guide the direction of labor education,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and promote the overall development of college students.They fit each other in educational goals,integrate each other in content,complement each other in methods,promote each other in functions,and have the foundation of collaborative education.Based on the synergy theory,this paper analyzes the difficulties of the lack of collaborative education mechanism,the lack of curriculum system construction and the lack of atmosphere creation,and proposes to improve the effectiveness of collaborative education between labor education and ideological and political education through the construction of collaborative mechanism,the construction of curriculum system,the construction of practice platform,the training of teachers and the construction of campus cultural atmosphere.
