摘 要:研究制备氧化石墨烯(GO)、壳聚糖(CS)和GO-CS复合材料,探讨其作为派特灵中药新型膜剂载体的可行性。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和拉曼光谱表征样品的化学结构,通过紫外可见分光光度计测定派特灵的吸光度标准曲线。结果表明,采用溶液共混结合溶剂蒸发法制备的GO-CS复合膜剂的药物释放为pH敏感机制,具有缓释效应,载药率和包封率可分别高达(75.60±1.92)%和(71.12±1.56)%。本研究为研发派特灵中药新剂型提供参考,也可为开发其它中药膜剂提供参考。In this study,traditional Chinese medicine-paiteling films was developed,and the feasibility of graphene oxide(GO),chitosan(CS),and GO-CS,respectively as carrier was explored.The chemical structure of the samples was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.UV-vis absorption spectra of the samples were employed to analyze Paiteling-loading performance.The results showed that the drug release of GO-CS composite film was pH sensitive and had a sustained release effect.The highest drug loading and encapsulation efficiency was(75.60±1.92)%and(71.12±1.56)%,respectively.This study provides a reference for the development of new formulations of Paiteling traditional Chinese medicine,as well as for the development of new formulations of other traditional Chinese medicine films.
