摘　　要：编辑的职业能力是学报发展的关键。青年编辑应增强“脚力、眼力、脑力、笔力、定力”。但是高校学报青年编辑队伍面临招不到人、留不住人的难题,青年编辑培养也存在培训内容不系统、体系不完善等问题。管理部门应关注青年编辑的身心健康和职业发展、完善培养体系,着力培养青年编辑队伍,为高校学报发展增强动力。The professional ability of editors is the key to the development of academic journals.Young editors should strengthen"footwork,vision,brainpower,writing skills,and perseverance".But the youth editorial team of university journals faces the difficulties that are not recruiting and re⁃taining people.The training of young editors is not systematic and the system is not perfect.Administra⁃tive department should pay attention to the physical and mental health and professional development of young editors,improve the training system,and focus on training young editors to enhance the motiva⁃tion for developing the academic journals in universities.
