摘  要:介绍了一种单气室油气分离式油气弹簧的结构及其工作原理,建立了该油气弹簧阻尼特性数学模型,利用Matlab Simulink软件对该数学模型进行仿真,分析了外界激励参数和油气弹簧结构参数对其阻尼特性的影响。仿真结果表明:该油气弹簧的阻尼特性表现为非线性非对称性,伸张行程阻尼力是压缩行程阻尼力的1.6~1.7倍。外界激励幅值和频率的增大会使油气弹簧阻尼力增大,对速度特性基本没有影响。增大缸筒内径会使阻尼力变大,速度特性曲线变陡;增大阻尼孔直径会使阻尼力减小且速度特性曲线变平缓。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a single chamber hydro-pneumatic spring with oil-gas separation type,and establishes a mathematical model of the damping characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic spring.Matlab Simulink software is used to simulate the mathematical model,and analyzes the influence of external excitation parameters and structural parameters of hydro-pneumatic spring on its damping characteristics.The simulation results show that the damping characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic spring are nonlinear and asymmetrical,and the damping force of the stretching stroke is 1.6~1.7 times that of the compression stroke.With the increase of excitation amplitude and frequency,the damping force of the hydro-pneumatic spring will increase and the velocity characteristics will be basically unaffected.The damping force increases and the velocity curve becomes steeper when the cylinder diameter increases.Increasing the diameter of the damping hole reduces the damping force and flattens the velocity characteristic curve.
