摘　　要：目前尽管已经有学者尝试在关系管理框架下考察语用身份构建问题,但将两者进行深度融合的理论探讨还有待进一步深入。为此,本研究在论证话语选择(以言语行为为例)、身份构建及关系管理三者之间密切联系的基础上,尝试将语用身份构建与关系管理框架深度融合,提出语用身份的关系管理研究框架,并采用网络商家对消费者负面评论进行回应的语料展开实例分析,以期进一步丰富人际语用视角下身份构建研究的理论成果。Although some scholars have examined the construction of pragmatic identity within the framework of rapport management,the deep integration of the two needs to be further explored.Therefore,based on a sufficient demonstration of the close relationship among discourse choice(taking speech act as an example),identity construction and rapport management,this study attempts to integrate pragmatic identity construction into the framework of rapport management and propose a framework for the study of rapport-oriented pragmatic identity in order to enrich the theoretical achievements of identity construction from the perspective of interpersonal pragmatics.It also adopts the framework to analyze some real-life data of restaurants online responses to customers negative reviews to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework.
