摘  要:构建高校高质量体育教学体系是为了促进学生身体素质、运动技能、团队合作精神、竞争意识等各方面素质的提高,为学生的全面发展和未来的职业生涯打下良好的基础。构建高校高质量教学体系应正确对待当前教育教学中面临的现实困境,以高质量为价值坐标,以学生核心素养培养为引领进行教学目标设计,增加有价值且有吸引力的教学内容,采用具有较高认可度和实效性的教学方法,从而找到优秀人才和卓越人才培养的有效路径。The construction of high-quality physical education teaching system in universities is to improve students’physical fitness,sports skills,teamwork spirit,and competitive awareness,so as to lay a solid foundation for their comprehensive development and future career.When constructing a high-quality teaching system in universities,we should properly address the current challenges in education and teaching,take high quality as the value orientation,design teaching objectives guided by students’core competencies,increase valuable and attractive teaching content,and adopt teaching methods that are highly recognized and effective.By doing so,we can find an effective path for cultivating outstanding talents and excellent talents.
