摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议提出十年来,中国教育对外开放取得了非凡成就:开放总体布局不断优化,国际科技创新合作不断推进,中外合作办学蓬勃开展,人文交流格局不断完善,改革促开放力度不断加大,参与全球教育治理不断深化。在取得卓越成就的同时还面临着一些挑战:中外合作办学人才培养质量参差不齐,教育国际交流与合作机制还需完善,国际科技创新合作整体质量有待提升,来华留学教育质量和管理水平还需提高,参与全球教育治理能力有待加强。面向未来,我国教育对外开放需要优化出国留学工作布局,以智能化推动优质教育资源的共享,以国际人才培养为核心,深化国际科技创新合作,加强中国建设经验的国际传播,为全球教育治理贡献中国方案。In the ten years since the“Belt and Road”initiative was proposed,China s education has made extraordinary achievements in opening up to the outside world:the overall layout of opening up has been continuously optimized,international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation has been constantly promoted,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has flourished,the pattern of cultural exchanges has been constantly improved,reform and opening up have been constantly strengthened,and participation in global education governance has been constantly deepened.However,while achieving outstanding achievements,there are still some challenges:the quality of personnel cultivation in Chinese-foreign cooperative education varies,the mechanism for international exchange and cooperation in education needs to be improved,the overall quality of international scientific and technological innovation cooperation needs to be improved,the quality and management level of overseas education in China needs to be improved,and the ability of participation in global education governance needs to be strengthened.Facing the future,China s education opening up to the outside world needs to optimize the work layout of studying abroad,promote the sharing of high-quality education resources with intelligentization,deepen international scientific and technological innovation cooperation with international personnel cultivation as the core,strengthen the international dissemination of China s construction experience,and contribute the Chinese solution to global education governance.
