摘　　要：随着我国养殖业的迅速发展,养殖业的品质、效益以及环保面临着严峻的挑战。而蛋白桑由于其高产、易种、驯化易、耐旱耐寒、抗病虫等优点,逐渐成为了新兴的牛羊饲料。本文从蛋白桑的基本概况、营养成分以及对牛羊养殖效益的影响等方面进行详细阐述,以期为养殖业提供一定的借鉴和参考。With the rapid development of China's animal husbandry industry,the quality,benefit and environmental protection of animal husbandry are facing severe challenges.And protein mulberry has gradually become a new feed for cattle and sheep because of its high yield,easy cultivation,domestication,drought and cold resistance,pest resistance and other advantages.In this paper,we elaborated on the basic overview,nutritional composition and the influence on the breeding benefits of cattle and sheep.The purpose of this research is to provide a certain reference and guidance for the animal husbandry industry.
