摘  要:阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer's,AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性病变,由于其病理机制复杂,病因不确定,时至今日,依旧是人类疾病史上尚未攻克的难题。为更好地研究其发病机制、病理特点以及治疗方案,找到一种与人类病变特点相似的动物模型至关重要。本文综述了国内外8种非转基因法AD动物模型的制作方法,深入探讨不同AD动物模型的技术原理、病理变化特点、时效性及优缺点,以避免科学工作者重复研究,为科研创新性提供有力的支持。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system.Due to its complex pathological mechanism and uncertain etiology,it is still an unsolved problem in the history of human diseases.In order to better study its pathogenesis,pathologi⁃cal characteristics and treatment,it is very important to find an animal model similar to the characteristics of human lesions.This paper reviews the production methods of domestic and international 8 kinds of non transgenic animal models of Alzheimer's disease.The techni⁃cal principles,pathological changes,timeliness,advantages and disadvantages of different AD animal models are discussed in depth,so as to provide strong data support for avoiding repeated research by scientific workers and improving scientific research innovation.
