摘 要:针对我国侧置式马铃薯联合收获机收获过程中破损率大、收获效率低等问题,对设计的侧置式马铃薯联合收获机的输送系统进行了分析计算,创新地增加了导向辊;同时,对马铃薯在输送装置上的速度、能量变化及破损情况进行了分析,得出影响伤薯率的关键因素,并进行了仿真试验与田间试验。试验结果表明:在较优参数组合下,即导向辊直径为111.29mm、导向辊与横向传送装置的夹角为43.4°、横向传送装置线速度为1.52m/s时,导向辊造成薯块的等效应变最小,伤薯率为1.2%,明显低于未经参数优化的侧置式马铃薯联合收获机机收损伤情况,符合马铃薯收获作业要求。Aiming at the problems of high breakage rate and low harvesting efficiency in the harvesting process of the side-mounted potato combine harvester in China,the conveying system of the designed side-mounted potato combine harvester was analyzed and calculated,and the guide roller was innovatively added to prevent the potatoes in the conveying device.The speed,energy change and damage situation on the machine were analyzed,and the key factors affecting the potato injury rate were obtained,and the simulation test and field test were carried out.The angle between the roller and the transverse conveying device is 43.4°,and the linear speed of the transverse conveying device is 1.52m/s.The equivalent strain of the potato pieces caused by the guide roller is the smallest.At this time,the potato injury rate is 1.2%,which is significantly lower than that without parameter optimization.The mechanical damage of the side-mounted potato combine harvester meets the requirements of potato harvesting operations.
