摘  要:为了资源化利用污泥,采用CaO耦合80℃热活化过硫酸盐提取污泥中蛋白质,以市政污水厂剩余活性污泥为原材料,考察了较短时间内不同投量下CaO对过硫酸盐提取蛋白质效能的影响。结果表明:每克干污泥投加200~250 mg的CaO,同时处理时间控制在15~30 min,能够显著提高上清液中总蛋白质质量浓度,从原泥的743 mg·L^(-1)提高到6000 mg·L^(-1)左右。同时污泥中氨氮、总磷及多糖均从污泥中释放到了液相中,紧密附着型胞外聚合物在热碱和氧化作用下提供了大量蛋白质。In order to recycle sludge,CaO coupling 80℃thermal activated persulfate was used to extract protein from sludge.The residual activated sludge of municipal sewage plant was used as raw material.The effects of CaO on the efficiency of protein extraction by persulfate in a short period of time at different dosage were investigated.The results showed that adding 200~250 mg CaO per 1 g dry sludge and controlling the treatment time within 15~30 min could significantly increase the crude protein mass concentration of supernatant from 743 mg·L^(-1)to about 6000 mg·L^(-1).Simultaneously,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and polysaccharide in the sludge were released into the liquid phase,and the tightly attached extracellular polymeric substances provided a large amount of protein under the action of heat alkali and oxidation.
