摘 要:为探究佳木斯市榛树种子脂肪酸含量的差异,以4种榛树的13个品系的榛树种子为试材,用气相色谱法对榛树种子的脂肪酸进行了测定与分析。结果表明:13个榛树种子主要脂肪酸含量具有一定的差异,油酸含量最高,平均含量为85.83%,范围为82.36%~91.46%,亚油酸含量其次,平均含量为12.26%,范围是6.47%~15.64%。聚类分析得到5个类群:tp为第一类,82-18-2、82-11-3为第二类,第三类包括C5R4、83-19-3和C6R4,第四类有C5R7、85-152-1、C7R6、C6R7和C3R4,毛榛和hp为第五类。In order to explore the differences of fatty acid content of hazel seeds in Jiamusi City,thirteen different varieties of hazel seeds from four species as materials,fatty acid of hazel seeds were determined and analyzed by gas chromatograph.The results showed that there were significant differences in the major fatty acid content among 13 varieties,oleic acid was the most abundant fatty acid,the average content is 85.83%,ranging from82.36%to91.46%,linoleic acid content was the second,the average content is 12.26%,ranging from6.47%to15.64%.The thirteen varieties were clustered into five groups:varieties tp in group 1,82-18-2 and 82-11-3 in group 2,C 5R 4,83-19-3 and C 6R 4 in group3,C 5R 7,85-152-1,C 7R 6,C 6R 7 and C 3R 4 in group 4,C.mandshurica Maxim.et Rupr and hp in group 5.
