摘 要:复杂网络是一门用来理解现实世界复杂系统并将其抽象成模型的综合性学科。随着社会的发展以及大数据时代的来临,传统复杂网络的构建方法已经无法满足人们对于现实复杂系统的刻画以及研究需求。超网络多元多维的特性能有效刻画一些现实世界中更复杂的系统。模体是复杂网络中频繁出现的子结构,它们广泛存在于生物网络、生态网络和社会工程网络中,是构成复杂网络的基本模块。本文重在研究基于三阶模体构建的超网络,首先回顾了基础的超图理论,然后给出了一种构建模体超网络的方法,最后对构建的超网络进行特性分析。ing them into models.With the development of society and the advent of the big data era,traditional methods for constructing complex networks can no longer meet the needs of characterizing and studying real complex systems.The multidimensional and multifaceted nature of hypernetworks can effectively characterize more complex systems in the real world.Motifs,which are frequently occurring substructures in complex networks,are widely present in biological networks,ecological networks,and social engineering networks,and form the fundamental modules of complex networks.This paper focuses on the study of hypernetworks constructed based on third-order motifs.Firstly,a review of the fundamental theory of hypergraphs is provided,followed by the presentation of a method for constructing motif-based hypernetworks,and finally,an analysis of the characteristics of the constructed hypernetworks is conducted.
