摘 要:矿用卡车在露天矿的卸载过程中存在重要的安全隐患,即斗箱未完全落下而车辆已经启动行驶。本研究旨在解决这一问题,提出了一种矿用卡车举斗行驶监测系统。该系统利用毫米波雷达测距传感器实时测量斗箱位置,通过连接的4G定位终端监测车速,并在卸载完成后未潜到位时发出警报。实验结果表明,该系统有效地提高了卡车卸载过程的安全性,减少了潜在的安全风险。本研究强调了在卸载过程中斗箱位置的重要性,并为矿山运输行业提供了一种创新的解决方案。In the unloading process of mining trucks in open-pit mines,there is a significant safety hazard,namely,the bucket has not fully descended while the vehicle has already started moving.This study aims to address this issue by proposing a monitoring system for mining trucks during bucket lifting and driving.The system utilizes millimeter-wave radar ranging sensors to real-time measure the position of the bucket,monitors vehicle speed through a connected 4G positioning terminal,and issues an alert when the bucket is not properly lowered after unloading.Experimental results demonstrate that this system effectively enhances the safety of the truck unloading process and reduces potential safety risks.This research emphasizes the importance of bucket position during unloading and provides an innovative solution for the mining transportation industry.
