提眉术联合眶脂肪去除重睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛的美学效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨提眉术联合眶脂肪去除重睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛的美学效果。方法:选取建阳眼科医院2017年10月-2022年9月收治的80例上睑皮肤松弛就医者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用提眉术和眶脂肪去除重睑术治疗,对照组采用眶脂肪去除重睑术治疗。比较两组就医者的上睑皮肤松弛改善情况、美学效果满意度情况和上眼睑皱纹改善情况、术后并发症发生情况。结果:术后3个月,观察组就医者的睑缘-角膜映光点距离(Marginal-corneal reflector distance,MRD)、角膜内侧睑缘与重睑褶皱距离(Medial corneal margin-fold distance,MCMFD)、瞳孔中点睑缘与重睑褶皱距离(Middle pupil margin-fold distance,MPMFD)、外眦处睑缘与重睑褶皱距离(Lateral canthus margin-fold distance,LCMFD)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组美学效果满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月,观察组皱纹改善情况评分低于对照组,但两组术后1个月比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3、6个月比较,观察组皱纹改善情况评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用提眉术联合眶脂肪去除重睑术能够有效提升上睑皮肤松弛就医者美学效果,减轻就医者上眼睑皱纹情况,在促进面部年轻化中价值肯定。Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of eyebrow lifting combined with orbital fat removal with double eyelid surgery on upper eyelid laxity.Methods 80 patients with upper eyelid laxity complicated with bloated skin admitted to Jianhu Eye Hospital from October 2017 to September 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with eyebrow lifting and orbital fat removal with double eyelid surgery,and the control group was given orbital fat removal with double eyelid surgery.The improvement of upper eyelid skin laxity,satisfaction of cosmetic effect,improvement of upper eyelid wrinkles and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results At 3 months after surgery,the margin-reflex distance(MRD),medial corneal margin-fold distance(MCMFD),middle pupil margin-fold distance(MPMFD)and lateral canthus margin-fold distance(LCMFD)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of cosmetic effect in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after surgery,the score of wrinkle improvement in observation group was lower compared with that in control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups one month after operation(P>0.05),and at 3 and 6 months after surgery,the score of wrinkle improvement in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Eyebrow lifting combined with orbital fat removal with double eyelid surgery can effectively enhance the cosmetic effect and reduce the upper eyelid wrinkles in patients with upper eyelid laxity,and it has positive value on promoting facial rejuvenation.
